Can I divert my existing mobile number to my Cherry number?
Absolutely, this makes it very convenient for callers who dial your existing number, as they will be diverted straight to your Cherry number. Hence as far as the caller is concerned they have done nothing different. As far as you are concerned the call is automatically diverted to you seamlessly. Please note that call diversion normally does attract a small charge and this can be checked with your service provider. If you divert the calls to your Cherry number it works out less expensive than receiving a call on your normal mobile number while abroad.
Topping up your credit is straightforward too. You can log-in and add credit online or if you don’t have access to our website, give us a call on 0044 (0)141 353 0111 to add credit to your account.
How do I check my balance?
You can always check the credit balance on your phone by dialling 089 or by logging on to our website.
Is Caller ID Enabled?
Cherry SIM Cards do support Called ID, but this depends on the network your Cherry SIM is using.
