Does Cherry use a international Number?

No, Cherry uses a UK phone number so your colleagues pay the same* as they would to call you if you were in the UK.

*Cherry Mobile does not accept liability for charges to call Cherry SIM using other networks. Please check with your service provider for detailed pricing based on your tariff plan with the network.

Is there a charge to receive calls?

It is absolutely free to receive calls in 52 countries with Cherry, no matter how long they last.

Does Cherry work like a calling card?

No, Cherry Sim is like any other normal UK Sim card. Making calls with Cherry is as easy as with a UK phone - the only difference is the price!

Can I see my Itemised bill?

Yes, All calls are logged in your Cherry account in real time. You can login to the customer area and see a full call history at any time of the day.

How much does it cost to call a Cherry mobile?

Your Cherry number is a UK mobile number. From most fixed lines it is charged as a call to a mobile phone. Mobile networks may levy different charges. Please check with your service provider for detailed pricing based on your tariff plan with the network.

Will the tariffs change?

We will try our best not to change the tariffs displayed on our website. But at times where the networks in the respective countries change their tariffs we will have to change our rates. We advise our customers to check the tariffs section on our website regularly.
