Unfortunately due to the nature of our service we cannot port numbers.
Can I make conference calls?
Yes, you can initiate a Cherry conference call with as many people as you like, all at low cost.
Can I record calls?
Unfortunately you cannot record calls.
Are calls billed per minute?
Yes, calls are billed every 60 seconds. There is a connection fee of 17pence on each successfully connected call.
Is there a charge for billing?No, Cherry offers free itemised, online and real-time call details.
